How should I store my cake before serving?
Buttercream cakes should be stored in the fridge or a dry cool place
Allow the cake to come to room temperature for 1–2 hours before serving for the best flavour and texture.
Do you cater to allergies?
Our kitchen handles all common allergens. We cannot guarantee any allergen-free products.
How do I transport my cake?
Keep your cake flat (e.g., on the floor of the passenger side, never on a seat), out of direct sunlight, air conditioning. You can pick up your cake alone but having a helper is always great!
Do you require a deposit?
Our cakes are paid in full, larger wedding cakes you may choose to pay a 50% deposit upfront.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Deposits and orders are non-refundable. Cancellations close to the event date may incur further charges as per our Terms & Conditions. If you give enough notice, we can credit your order.
Can you replicate a design I’ve seen online?
We can create something inspired by your reference image, but we do not directly copy other designers’ work. Every cake will have our unique touch. For our own cakes we will always create the design as close as possible but no two cakes will look exact!
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver within Sydney using our trusted courier for an additional fee subject to availability.
