T&Cs
General
• By placing an order with Cakes by Flynn, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• All cakes are made in a kitchen that handles allergens, including but not limited to eggs, dairy, nuts, gluten, and soy. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
• All products are handmade; slight variations in colour, design, or size may occur.
Ordering & Payment
• Orders are only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit (or full payment for smaller orders) has been received.
• Final payment is due [3 weeks] before collection/delivery. Orders not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
Cancellations & Refunds
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations within [3 weeks] of the event date will incur a charge of the total order value.
• If you postpone your event, your payment may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
Collection & Delivery
• Collection is from Shop 3, 161–165 Bunnerong Road, Kingsford at the agreed time.
• Cakes by Flynn is not responsible for any damage after the cake has left our premises.
• Delivery is available within Sydney for an additional fee, subject to schedule and location.
Storage & Serving
• All cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Buttercream cakes should be refrigerated in warm weather but brought to room temperature before serving.
• Once delivered/collected, you are responsible for the care of your cake.
Design Changes
• Any design changes must be requested at least 7 days before the event and may incur additional charges.
• We reserve the right to adjust design elements for stability, aesthetics, or seasonal ingredient availability.
Photography & Marketing
• We reserve the right to photograph your cake and use images for marketing and social media purposes.
